I think I may have a teeny crush on this pattern.
This is the second time I’ve made the Geranium dress from Made By Rae, and it was SUCH a quick and easy sew this time around! Of course it always helps to have all the pattern pieces already taped and cut out. This time I used a cotton fabric from my stash that was a much lighter weight than my first Geranium dress, and I love how it moves when Sadie wears it. It’s like buttah. So soft and flowy. She had already worn it about five times by the time I got around to setting up a photo shoot, and it’s held up beautifully. I opted to not do the notched neckline this time, even though it’s one of my favorite details of this pattern, just because I was feeling lazy.
So far no one at church has mentioned the fact that Sadie keeps wearing the same two dresses to church. (heehee) I just can’t help putting one of these two Geraniums on her each Sunday. They’re just way cuter than any of the store-bought dresses she owns!
I wish I could give you info about this fabric so you could find it for yourself, but I have no idea what it is or where it came from. Ooops.

YAAAAYYY the photoshoot is over!!
Also, can we just discuss her hair for a second? I mean. Seriously.
Ok. Good talk.
